It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Willis Frederick Twyne announces his sudden passing at his residence in Vancouver, BC on Friday, January 12, 2024, aged 54 years.

Left with precious memories are his daughters, Ocean Beckett (Devon), Melissa Mercer (Travis) and Emma Jacobs; grandchildren, Logan and Nathan; mother, Beatrice Twyne; siblings, George Smith, Robert Twyne (Sherry Rice), Ernest Twyne (April Ricketts), Charity Hewitt (Bill) and David Twyne (Morene), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Willis is predeceased by his father, Frederick Twyne; nephew, Sheldon Rice; nieces, Riia, Riilyn and Riilee Twyne; grandparents, John & Dora Smith and Robert & Charity Twyne.

A private family memorial service will take place from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL later this summer, at a date to be announced, with Revered Nancy Hulan officiating. Interment will follow from the Anglican Cemetery, Bear Cove, NL and all are invited to accompany the family in Bear Cove.
