It is with great sadness that the family of the late Willie Ernest Sheppard announces his passing on May 8, 2023 at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre, Botwood, NL aged 90 years.

Willie leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife, Shirley; daughters, Rhonda (Tony) Soloview, & Roma (Rod) Perry; grandchildren, Stacey (Chris), Coralee, Nathan (Tonya), Kaeli (Jeff), & Christopher (Amy); great-grandchildren, Thor, Jaxon, Hayden, Logan, Laila, Owen, Paisley, & Ryker; siblings, Calvin (Zelma), & Fannie; as well as a large number of nieces, nephews many relatives & friends.

Willie is predeceased by his daughter, Rowena; parents, Walter & Harriet Sheppard; siblings, Harvey, Raymond, & Doris.

The public visitation will take place Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 6-8 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.

The public visitation will continue Friday, May 12, 2023 at 1-3 pm and 6-8 pm from the Point Leamington Pentecostal Assembly, Main Street Point Leamington, NL

The funeral service will take place Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2 pm from the Point Leamington Pentecostal Assembly, with Pastor Baine Andrews officiating.  The funeral service will be live streamed from the Point Leamington Pentecostal Facebook page.

The interment will follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Point Leamington, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Point Leamington Pentecostal Cemetery Fund.
