It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Wade Jacobs announces his passing. Wade passed away at the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021 at the age of 63 years.

Wade is predeceased by his father – Arthur Jacobs; brother – Leonard Jacobs; sister – Eileen Murphy (Ronald); grandparents – Esau & Lucy Jacobs, Walter & Catherine Andrews.

Left with fond and loving memories is his mother – Sarah Jacobs, Westport, NL; siblings – Sadie Hewitt (James) Westport, NL, Yvonne Gale (Norman), Westport, NL Morley Jacobs (Thelma), Westport, NL, Elvis Jacobs, Barry, ON, Mervin Jacobs (Margaret Walsh), Reidville, NL, Kathleen Jacobs (Rodney Small), Bishop's Falls, NL & Florence Jones (Bernard), Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, along with a large number of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends, especially his co-workers at Quinlan Brothers in Baie Verte.

Public Visitation took place at Foster Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL on Thursday, November 4th, 2021 from 3:00-4:00PM. In keeping with the COVID-19 guidelines, visitors must provide NLVaxPass or proof of vaccination + photo id to attend the visitation.

Reverend Madonna Boone conducted the Funeral Service at St. Peter's Anglican Church, Westport, NL on Monday, November 8th, 2021 at 2:00PM. Interment followed at St. Peter's Anglican Cemetery, Westport, NL. Those attending the funeral must provide NLVaxPass or proof of vaccination + photo ID.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wade's memory to St. Peter's Anglican Church, P.O. Box 87, Westport, NL A0K 5R0.
