It is with sadness that the family of the late Tracey Jane Haas (nee Gavin) announces her sudden passing Sheppardville, NL, aged 48 years

Tracey was born on August 21, 1975 in Baie Verte, NL. Her family was her life. She loved her siblings and her parents, Herb and Mary Gavin dearly.

Tracey also loved animals, especially her dog, Tassie and her cat, Angel.

Tracey was a friend to everyone she met. A kind soul who did not ask for much and loved to give and receive hugs.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her family draws comfort knowing she is reunited with her Mom and Dad.

Left with fond and loving memories is her companion, Chesley Haas; her children, Meghan (Mackenzie) and Dylan; her birth mother, Elvie Hodder (Ray); grandchildren, Bentley, Roman and Azalea; siblings, George, Wallace (Diane), Arthur (Sharon), Allan (Joyce), Ella (Eddie), Junior (Debbie), Lorna (Paul), Millicent (Don), Sophie (Tim) and Sheldon; special cousin and best friend, Coralee (Glenn), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

She is predeceased by her parents, Herb and Mary Gavin; brother, Andrew Gavin; sister, Elizabeth Gavin; nephew, Ethan Gavin; niece, Destiny Regular; grandparents, Andrew and Martha Pinksen and Thomas and Irene Gavin.

Public visitation will take place December 26, 2023 at 2-4 pm & 6-9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 22 Main Street, Baie Verte, NL.

The funeral service will take place December, 27, 2023 at 1 pm from Trinity Pentecostal Church, Baie Verte, NL

The interment will follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Seal Cove, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Pentecostal Cemetery Fund, Seal Cove, NL
