It is with deep sadness that the family of the late Teresa Lee-Ann Smith announces her passing. Teresa passed away at the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Wednesday, July 28th, 2021 at the age of 48 years.

Predeceased by her father - Roger Smith.

Left with many wonderful memories are her children - Alyssa Hewlett (Darin), Olyvia Haas-Smith (Cody), Lily Haas-Smith (Shawn) and Charlee Head-Smith; mother - Wendy White and siblings - Tina Smith and Roger Smith as well as a large circle of extended family and many friends.

There will be no Public Visitation or Public Funeral Service.
