It is with great sadness that the family of the late Selby Wood Hewlett announces his passing at A.M. Guy Memorial Hospital, Buchans, NL aged 85 years.

Selby leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife, Theresa of 53 years; sons, Dwayne (Danika), Dean (Danielle); granddaughter, Emma who was poppy's pride & joy; sisters, Inez Wellman, Vera Morey, Daphne Hewlett; sister-in-law, June Hewlett; plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.

Selby is predeceased by his parents, Laudric & Dorothy Hewlett; parents-in-law, Robert & Mabel Moss; brother, Esau; brothers-in-law, Adolphus Morey & Norman Wellman.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place.

The funeral service will take place Monday, July 25, 2022 at 11 am from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.

The interment will follow at St. Ann's Cemetery, Buchans Junction, NL.

The family would like to express their gratitude & appreciation for the care given to Selby at the A.M. Guy Memorial Hospital, Buchans, NL during his stay.
