It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ruby Florence Power announces her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL aged 85 years.

Left to remember with fond and loving memories are her family, Grant (Cathy), Mona (Derrick), Florence (Tom), Pat (May), Frank (Linda), Paul (Wendy), Cindy (Gerard), Donna (Freeman), Laura (Derrick), Jerry, Ron (Diane), Judy (Rob), Carla (Karl). She also leaves to mourn her brother, Bob (Liz) Mills; 24 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; plus numerous nieces & nephews.

Ruby was predeceased by her husband, Ronald; parents, Ivy & Walter Mills; brothers, Stuart Mills, Cecil Mills, Frank Mills, & Lloyd Mills; sisters, Joan Pennell, Betty Legge; daughter-in-law, Elaine Power; & grandson, Donald Power.

Ruby had a great passion for fishing and in her younger years never missed an opportunity to go trout fishing. She enjoyed music, knitting, playing cards, travelling & spending time with her family.

Ruby wished to be cremated and a family celebration of her life will follow.

The family would like to thank Tina Moyles and the staff of Kingsway Living, the Central Health nursing staff, Dr. Mark Powell & Sunset Memorial Funeral Home for all the support & care shown to mom. Your kindness will not be forgotten.
