It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Ross Chester Bartlett announces his passing. Ross passed away at the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Wednesday, December 15th, 2021 at the age of 85 years.

Ross is predeceased by his parents – John and Julia Bartlett; siblings – Fred Bartlett (Margaret), Raymond Bartlett (Sarah), Elsie O'Brien (John), Anne Hawkins (John), Ronald Bartlett (Gertrude), Marie Dwyer (Stanley), Mae Newbury (Alex), Jack Bartlett, Roy Bartlett (Betty), Margaret Warford (Bill), Pauline Bartlett; siblings-in-law – George Newbury, George Perry, James Perry.

Left with fond and loving memories is his wife of 59 years – Gladys Bartlett; children – Paul Bartlett (Joy), Burlington, NL, Dean Bartlett (Mary Lou), Reuben Bartlett (Hana), Vancouver, BC and Valerie Saunders (Perry), Middle Arm, NL; grandchildren – Jonathan, Nathaniel (Melanie), Peter, Kendra, Melody, Melissa, Megan, Miguel (Karen), Allie (Taylor); great-grandchildren – Katie, Jacob, Karlie, Jack, Harper, Jett; siblings-in-law – Ruby Perry, Marjorie Bartlett (Dale), Marion Perry, Dennis Newbury (Renie), Frank Newbury (Sandra), Gary Newbury (Cherry), Evelyn Newbury, Julie Bartlett, along with a large number of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many, many friends.

Public Visitation took place at Faith Pentecostal Church, Burlington, NL on Saturday, December 18th, 2021 from 2:00-4:00PM and 7:00-9:00PM.In keeping with the COVID-19 guidelines, visitors must provide NLVaxPass or proof of vaccination + photo id to attend the visitation.

Pastor Craig Lane conducted the Funeral Service at Faith Pentecostal Church, Burlington, NL on Sunday, December 19th, 2021 at 1:00PM. Interment followed at Faith Pentecostal Cemetery, Burlington, NL. Those attending the service must provide NLVaxPass or proof of vaccination + photo ID.
