It is with sad and broken hearts that we say goodbye to our precious husband, dad and poppy, Ronald Dominic Breen, at the age of 72 years after a 33 year battle with cancer.

He put up a strong fight and never wasted a day while living.

Ronald leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories are his beloved wife, Bernadine Breen of 50 years; sons, Michael (Sherri-Lee), Ron (Sheri); grandchildren, Meghan, Matthew, Layne & Addison; sisters, Maureen (Ambrose), Linda (Kevin), Karen; brothers, Francis & Kenneth; a large circle of family & friends, and special niece, Vieta, who was very close to him and was by his side until the end. A special thank you to Oliveria Breen & Janice Pardy-Jerrett who willfully gave their time.

Ronald is predeceased by his parents, Michael & Andrina Breen.

Ron was a kind and giving man who lived a simple life. He had a fond love of the outdoors, boating, fishing, and cutting wood. He loved to give and help all he knew. His favourite saying was "No time to be bored".

In keeping with his wishes, cremation had taken place.

A celebration of life will take place at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, Baie Verte, NL on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 1 pm. Interment will follow at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Daffodil Place, St. John's, NL.
