Mitchell
Jun 15, 1955 — Jul 29, 2026
Woodstock
It is with a broken heart that we announce the passing of Maxine Mitchell on July 29 ,2026 at the age of 71 years.
Maxine was loving, caring and the sweetest person you would ever have the privilege of knowing. She was very devoted to her husband, to her children, her grandkids, family, friends, and her love for God was never questioned. she loved to cook and bake her homemade bread was legendary. She loved the outdoors whether it was planting her garden in the summertime, going out in boat for a jig or just for a ride. Wintertime she enjoyed a ride on skidoo or helping Dad get the next years winters wood. A day's work was something she was not afraid of. She loved her road trips to see her sisters and her brothers. She loved her nights out with her friends from church or home league. Most of all she loved to laugh, even if the joke was about her saying something funny or doing something funny, she would turn every colour of red and laugh uncontrollable, and her laugh was contagious. she will be in our hearts forever and will never be forgotten. Her fight is over and may she rest in peace.
