It is with sadness that the family of the late Martin Joseph Lewis announces his passing at his residence in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL aged 88 years.
Martin leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children, Martin Jr. (Geraldine), Peggy (Bill Noseworthy), John (Valerie), Darlene (Geoff) Miller, Paul (Arlene), & Danny (Sharon); three boys he treated as his sons, Ed' O' Halligan, Gerald Finley, & Dave Power; grandchildren, Zachary, Ashley, Tammy, Peggy (Ben), Brittany (Mike), Bethany (Ryan), Kaitlyn, Kevin, Natasha, Dustyn, Gerald & Chelsey- great-grandchildren, Owen, Jacob, & Paxton; sister, Dorothy Brown; as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Martin is predeceased by his wife, Toots (Margaret); parents, John & Rachael; siblings, Walter, Bob, Jack, Barbara, & Marjorie.
The public visitation will take place Sunday, December 27, 2020 at 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL following the current government COVID-19 restrictions.
The funeral service will remain private for invited family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or a charity of one's choice.
