It is with great sadness that the family of the late Margaret Ellen Haas announces her passing from the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Care Centre on Monday, December 1, 2025, at the age of 75 years.

Margaret is predeceased by her husband, James Haas; Son- Daniel Haas; Grandsons, Jeremy Courtney, Matthew Courtney, Dawson Haas, Jaxin Albersworth and Justin Regular; parents- John and Josephine Payne; sister - Gladys Breen and brother- Raphael Payne; parents in-law- Daniel and Mary Haas; Many brother and Sister in-laws.

She leaves to mourn, her children, Matilda Courtney(Gerald), Melissa Skinner(Clayton), Cynthia Haas( Rob), John Haas, Keith Haas( Hayley), Mary Agnes Fudge(Steve)- daughter in-law Joan Haas; grandchildren- Angel Critch(Trent), Bee-Jay Skinner(Rhonda), Robert Skinner, Brady Courtney (Breanne), Sabrina Haas(Brady), Danielle Payne (Shane), Hunter Fudge, Logan Haas, Kylie Haas(Justin), Keiden Haas,  Jozie Albersworth, Bailey Haas, Karyss Haas, Kinsley Haas, and Kallen Haas; granddaughter-in-law, Lacey Courtney; Great grandchildren Maryann Courtney, Cameron Fudge, Brooklyn Skinner, Lexie Skinner, Kianna Critch, Matthew Coutney, Paisley Matthews, Lily Courtney, Ellie  Courtney, Rorix Payne, and Declan Matthews;
Great great grandchild,  Allie Foss; siblings, Shirley Dugas, Eileen Skinner, Patricia Haas, Julia Skinner, Ambose Payne,Peter Payne(Agnes), Maxine Payne, Linda Skinner, Alice Sullivan (Felix), Clotilda Payne (Wes), Doris Bowers (Todd) brother in-law- Francis Breen, sister in-law Elizabeth Haas; As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews,  extended family and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place from Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, Harbour Round, NL on Friday December 5, 2025 at 1:00PM. Interment will follow at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Round, NL.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted.
