It is with sadness that the family of the late Mabel Brent announces her passing at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre, Botwood, NL aged 92 years.

Mabel leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children, Glen (Karen Lidstone), Clarence (Gaylene Mason), Lisa (David) Blake, Laurie (Dennis) Gill, & Leeann (Corey) Zawada; grandchildren, Phillip Brent, Trevor Brent, Nicole Brent, Melissa Parsons, Steven Brent, Jacob Brent, Joshua Brent, Devon Blake, Lexie Earle, Kody Gill, & Brady Gill; sister, Melissa (Carl) Parsons; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mabel is predeceased by her husband, Gilbert Brent; sons, Elvis Brent, & Brian Brent; parents, William & Mary Sacrey; brothers, Gilbert, Augustus, Clarence, Frank, Charlie; sisters, Ivy Burton, & Lucy Warrick.

There will be no public visitation.

The funeral service will take place Friday, August 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM from Jubilee Pentecostal Tabernacle, 28 Fernwood Drive, Botwood, NL with Pastor Serena Harris officiating.

The interment will follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Botwood, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre Palliative Care Unit, Botwood, NL.
