It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Lorne Maxwell Hynes Sr. announces his passing from the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Friday, June 24, 2022, just three months shy of his 92nd birthday.
Left with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his children, Deborah Hynes, Baie Verte, NL, Sonja Dixon (Shane), Cambridge, ON, Julia Wells (Albert), Wild Cove, NL and Lorne Hynes Jr. (Diane), Baie Verte, NL; grandchildren, Victoria Pardy and Ashley Pardy; sister, Norma Hynes; siblings-in-law, Barbara Mason (Harold), Kay Browne, Jean Browne and Eileen Browne; also left, a special and loving partner, Joyce Regular and fur babies, BJ and Kirby, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many, many friends.
Lorne is predeceased by his wife, Patricia Hynes; parents, William and Elizabeth Hynes; sisters, Doreen Browne (Edward) and Myra Picco (Jim); parents-in-law, John and Ellen Browne; siblings-in-law, Bill Browne, John Browne, Mary Murphy, Frances Kelly, Patrick Browne and Joe Browne.
In keeping with Lorne's wishes, cremation has taken place.
