Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loved ones, Lori Mae Small of Buchans, NL.

Lori's passing leaves a wound on our hearts that cannot be healed. However, never one to shy away from adversity, she would insist that we soldier on.

Lori leaves to mourn her husband Jon Small, brother Leonard Skanes (Georgina), and her cherished little sister and care-giver, Monique Skanes, along with extended family and friends.

A life-long animal lover, Lori was an adoptive "Mom" to several rescue cats and dogs during her lifetime. Her home was constantly inhabited by a rescue cat, a rescue dog, or most often both.

Therefore if anyone wishes to honor Lori's memory, they are invited to make a donation to the Exploits Valley SPCA, of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
