It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lester George Ralph Dyer announces his passing on Monday, August 3, 2026 at the age of 79 years.

Lester is predeceased by his parents, Aubrey & Olive Dyer; sister, Beulah Dyer; brother, Welton Dyer; nephews, Terry Taylor, Dave Taylor, Clarence Dyer, Bradley Dyer; parents-in-law, George & Mabel Rose; sister-in-law, Sharon Dyer; brothers-in-law, Derrick Wall, Harvey Blanchard, Ford Dyer, Loyola Matthews, Melton (Gertie), Doyle, George (Siddy).

He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife, Mildred Dyer; children, Terry Dyer (Penny), Ontario; Lloyd Dyer (Crystal), Ming's Bight; George Dyer, Stephenville; grandchildren, Mason Dyer (Sydnee Pardy), Cole Dyer; siblings, Ethel Wall, Melissa Regular (Eldred), Ben Dyer (Eva), Pearl Regular (Claude), Henry Dyer (Patsy), Victor Dyer (Mary), Raymond Dyer (Diane). Effie Drover (Michael), Willard Dyer (Kay), Louis Dyer (Margaret), Cordella Dyer; sister-in-law, Verna; brothers-in-law, Wayne & Melvin; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Public visitation will take place on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Calvary Pentecostal Church, Ming's Bight, NL, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and  6:00pm - 8:00pm.

The Funeral Service will take place at Calvary Pentecostal Church, Ming's Bight, NL on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 1:30pm with Pastor Ricardo Durdle officiating. The interment will follow at Calvary Pentecostal Cemetery, Ming's Bight, NL.
