It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Leonard Joseph Walsh announces his tragic passing near Fleur de Lys, NL on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, aged 56.

Left with a lifetime of precious memories is his wife Anne Marie Walsh; children, Ellen Marie Walsh, Amy Walsh and Ryan Walsh (Thea Wilkes); grandson, Logan Gabriel Walsh; mother, Mary "Molly" Walsh; siblings, Gregory Walsh (Elizabeth) and Kevin Walsh; mother-in-law, Frances Jones (Noel Jones); siblings-in-law, Willie Stevens (Lily) and Marcus Jones, as well as a large circle of cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and many, many friends.

Leonard is predeceased by his father, Bernard Patrick Walsh; grandparents, Joseph and Mary Walsh, Jack and Maude Sullivan; father-in-law, Dave Jackson; grandmother-in-law, Josephine Stevens.

Public visitation will take place from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Coachman's Cove, NL on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.

A Rosary service will take place on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 6:30 pm, followed by a Wake service at 7 pm.

The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 2 pm, with Father Camillus Ekedobe and Father Tom Duffenais co-officiating. Interment will follow from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Cemetery, Coachman's Cove, NL.
