It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lawrence Hedderson announces his passing from the Baie Verte Peninsula Heath Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Monday, August 7, 2023, aged 90 years.

Left with a lifetime of precious memories is his wife, Clara Hedderson; children, Maryann Hedderson (Paddy), Peggy Lewis and Larry Hedderson (Lori); grandchildren, Tiffany Hedderson (Rob), Megan Foss (Jimmy Lee), Justin Lewis, Lawrence Knight and Nicholas Knight; great grandchildren, Giovanni Assenza, Makayla Assenza, Luca Assenza, Reid Foss and Tucker Foss-Ward; sisters, Mary Agnes Head (Lar Drover) and Elizabeth Ann Ford, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Lawrence is predeceased by his parents, John James and Elizabeth Hedderson; brother, George Hedderson; sister, Lucy Lewis (Peter); parents-in-law, Mary and Fred Warren; brothers-in-law, Patrick Warren and Albert Warren; sister-in-law, Sarah Warren.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place.

A Rosary service and Wake service will take place from St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church, Fleur de Lys, NL on Friday, August 25, 2023 starting at 7 pm.

The Mass of Christian Burial will take place from St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church, Fleur de Lys, NL on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 2 pm, with Father Tom Duffenais officiating. The interment will follow from St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Fleur de Lys, NL.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lawrence's memory to St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church, P.O. Box 82, Fleur de Lys, NL A0K 2M0.
