It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Laura Jane Osbourne announces her passing. Laura passed away at Carmelite House, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Wednesday, September 8th, 2021 at the age of 79 years.

Laura is predeceased by her husband – Cecil Osbourne; granddaughter – Nicole Osborne; parents – Pearce and Margaret Osbourne; parents-in-law – Joshua and Eliza Osbourne; brother – Victor Osbourne; siblings-in-law – James Pinksen, Ida Colson (Jack), Lewis Osbourne and Warrick Pinksen.

Left with fond and loving memories are her children – Monda Osborne (Ellis), Grand Prairie, AB, Mildred Gillingham (Ivan), Seal Cove, NL, Lydia Banks (Foster), Seal Cove, NL, Wallace Osbourne, Baie Verte, NL and Brian Osbourne (Trina), Seal Cove, NL; grandchildren – Kirk Osborne (Brandi), Andrew Gillingham (Courtney), Adam Gillingham, Brandon Banks (Victoria), Kyndel Banks (Kurtis), Taylor Osbourne (Matt) and Tara Osbourne; great-grandchildren – Darrien, Tia, Kiera, Chaz, London, Sutton, Braden and Remi; siblings – Ethel Pinksen, Garland Osbourne (Anita), Warrick Osbourne (Greta), Hubert Osbourne (Marion) and Alonzo Osbourne (Loretta); siblings-in-law - Edgar Osbourne, Kenneth Osbourne (Maisie), Ellen Osbourne and Rose Pinksen; homecare workers – Monique Lapointe and Cathy Tulk, along with a large number of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Public Visitation took place at Foster Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL on Friday, September 10th, 2021 from 7:00-9:00PM. Public Visitation continued on Saturday, September 11th, 2021 at St. Swithin's Anglican Church, Seal Cove, NL from 12:30-1:30PM.

Reverend George Critchell conducted a Private Family Funeral Service at St. Swithin's Anglican Church, Seal Cove, NL on Saturday, September 11th, 2021 at 2:00PM. Interment followed at St. Swithin's Anglican Cemetery, Seal Cove, NL A0K 5E0.
