Passed peacefully away at the Carmelite House, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on November 8, 2021, Joan Edith Cooke (Feener) aged 80 Years.

Joan leaves to mourn with loving memories her sons, Glen, Paul, & Peter (Rosevic): granddaughters, Jennifer Cooke & Airelle Cooke; brothers, Jerry, Dick (Judy) & Ed (Bernie); Sisters, Greta (David), Mona & Lorraine; brother-in-law, Bob Hearn; sisters-in-law Hazel,  & Mildred; and best friend, Donna Finley.

Joan is predeceased by her husband, Jack Cooke; infant daughter, Jacqueline; parents, Elsie & Joe; parents-in-law, Murdoch & Mary; her brothers, Harvey, Roy, Clifford & Frank; sisters, Dorothy, Norma, Olga, Janice, & Barbara.

In keeping with the COVID-19 guidelines, visitation will take place Friday, November 12, 2021 at 7-9 pm and Saturday, November 13, 2021 a 2-3 pm for invited guest only.

The funeral service will take place November 13, 2021 at 3 pm for invited guest only.  Please note that to attend guest must provide NLVasPass or proof of vaccination + photo ID to attend the visitation and funeral service.

Interment will take place at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Toulette Drive, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.

The family is grateful to the staff at the Carmelite House for their compassion and care given to Joan over the past five years.
