It is with great sadness that the families of the late Janice Ann Caravan announce her passing surrounded by loving family at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, aged 67 years.

Janice leaves to mourn with loving memories her sons, Trevor (Jackie), & Brian (Joanne); grandchildren, Janelle, Erika, Kevin, Emma, & Chloe; brothers, Dennis, Gerard, Lloyd, & Randy (Velma); sister, Lisa (Jim) Follett; as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Janice is predeceased by her partner, Frazer Bradbury; parents, Joseph & Minnie Carey; sister, Marilyn (Sam).

Janice worked in many jobs in her early years but found her lifelong career with Central Health.  She worked 35 years at the "hospital" and besides the privilege of meeting new people every day, the true reward was the wonderful lifelong friends and friendships she found in her co-workers

Besides her own Carey & Hedges families, Janice was blessed with two very loving and caring in-law families.  The Caravan and the Bradbury families welcomed Janice with open arms and she always appreciated the love and support she received over the years.

Janice had many hobbies like sewing, gardening, swimming and spending time at the cabin, but her biggest passion was time with her grandchildren. She was blessed with 5 beautiful grandchildren and she absolutely loved every minute she spent with them.

The family would like to thank the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre ICU staff for their care and support.

The public visitation will take place Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 7-9 pm & Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 2-4 pm.

Following the last visitation there will be private family service.

As expressions of sympathy, flowers greatly accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Lionel Kelland Hospice. Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
