It is with tremendous sorrow that the family of Ivan Regular announce his tragic, sudden and unexpected passing. Ivan passed away in his home in Baie Verte, NL on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at the age of 64 years.

Ivan is predeceased by his parents, Herman and Hazel Regular; his son, Jordan Regular; and his daughter, Tara Regular.

Left with fond and loving memories are his wife, Collette Regular; his granddaughter, Autumn; his step-son, Virgil (Ivana); his step-grandchildren, Sofia and Jordan; sisters and brothers, Doris Hoddinott (Harvey), Roy Regular (Golda), Eugene Regular (Flossie), Wayne Regular (Wanda), Gail Regular (Dave) and Brad Regular (Paula); as well as a large extended family of aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Ivan had an undying love for his family. He loved his wife very much and absolutely adored Autumn. He cared for his neighbours and friends and performed selfless acts of service for countless in need. Ivan's love for being on the water and harvesting the sea is paralleled only to his love of hockey, especially his Chicago Blackhawks. He was a very kind and gentle soul and was sincerely loved by any and all who knew him. To say he will be dearly missed is an understatement.

The public visitation took place Monday, August 8, 2022 at 2–4 pm & 7-9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 22 Main Street, Baie Verte, NL.

The funeral service took place Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 2 pm from Trinity Pentecostal Church with Pastor Ricardo Durdle officiating.

As expressions of sympathy donations in his memory may be made to the family.
