It is with great sadness that the family of the late Hettie Winnifred Curlew announces her passing at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre, Botwood, NL aged 75 years.

Hettie leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband, Herman; children, Roy (Wendy), Betty (Bruce), Cindy, Una, Colin (Aimee), Colin Edison; grandchildren, Melissa, Jennifer, Megan, Nena, Corey, Mackenzie; great-grandchildren, Brock, Wyatt, Nolan; brothers, Lloyd, Eldon, Derrick, Pleamon; sisters, Sheila, Linda, Vivian, Barbara; plus several nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.

Hettie is predeceased by her parents, Ambrose & Emily Mitchell; brothers, Gary in infancy, William, Gordon, Raymond, Ernest; sisters, Deborah in infancy & Joan.

Visitation will take place Monday, August 1, 2022 at 2-4 & 7-9 pm from Botwood Funeral Home, 147 Commonwealth Drive, Botwood, NL.

The funeral service will take place Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 2 pm from The Salvation Army Citadel, 15A Circular Road, Botwood, NL.

The interment will follow at Botwood Community Cemetery, Botwood, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to The Salvation Army Building Fund.
