It is with sadness that the family of the late Helen Dinah Pope announces her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL aged 72 years.

Helen leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Paige (Lennie), Samuel (Sylvia), Anthony (Gail), Harry (Tina); grandchildren, Zach & Samantha; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Rose (Gord) Hutchings, Alice (Eric) Keefe, Rhoda (Herb) Tarrant, Rita (Herb) Budgell, Pansy, Elsie (Harold) Tarrant; brothers, Bill (Katie) Chesley, Stephen (Susan), & Wilson (Betty); as well as a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Helen is predeceased by her parents, James and Mary Pope; brother, Fred; sisters, Loller, Kathleen, Louise & Violet.

In keeping with the COVID-19 Guidelines, there will be a visitation Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm from Botwood Funeral Home, 147 Commonwealth Drive, Botwood, NL. Please keep in mind to attend the visitation you must present your NLVaxPass or documentation along with a photo ID to attend.

The funeral service will take place Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 2 pm for invited guest only.  In keeping with the COVID-19 Guidelines, those attending the funeral service must provide proof of vaccination by presenting your NLVaxpass of documentation along with a photo ID.

The interment will follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Peterview, NL.
