It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Freeman George Bath of La Scie, announces his sudden passing from the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre in Baie Verte, NL with his loved ones by his side on Friday July 18th, 2025. At the age of 73 years.

Leaving to mourn with loving memories, his wife Marion of 47 years; son, Dwayne (Vickie); Daughter, Cindy-Lee; Grandchildren, Cruz, Denver and Daxson; sisters, Beatrice,
Mina, Emma, Stella (Winston); brothers, Harold (Pheobe), Wes (Clotilda), Carl (Yvonne), Roy, Linda (Eugene), Paul (Tonya); sister and brothers-in-laws, and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, fishing buddies, and friends.

Freeman was predeceased by his parents Robert and Sarah; mother and father-in-law, Kenneth and Winnie; brothers, Percy, Austin, Harris; sister, Hilda and son-in-law Jarvis.

Public Visitation will take place from Zion United Church in La Scie, NL on Monday July 21st, 2025, from 2:00PM – 4:00PM and 6:00PM – 9:00PM.

The funeral service will take place from Zion United Church La Scie, NL on Tuesday July 22nd, 2025, at 1:00PM. Interment will follow from Zion United Cemetery La Scie, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted.
