It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Ellen "Sis" Osbourne announces her passing from the Valley Vista Long Term Care Facility, Springdale, NL on Monday, January 2, 2023 at the age of 91 years.

Left with a lifetime of beautiful memories is her brother, Grogan McKay (Grace); sister, Tamer Rice; brother-in-law, Edgar Osbourne, Ken Osbourne; sister-in-law, Rose Pinksen, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Sis is predeceased by her husband, Lewis Osbourne; parents, George and Bessie McKay; siblings, Heber McKay (Agnes), Stephen Matthias McKay, Daisy Parsons (Max) and Calvin McKay; parents-in-law, Joshua and Eliza Osbourne; siblings-in-law, Cecil Osbourne (Laura), Stella Reeves (Jack), Ida Colson (John), Maisie Osbourne, Warrick Pinksen and Roland Rice.

Public visitation took place from St. Swithin's Anglican Church, Seal Cove, NL on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.

The funeral service took place from St. Swithin's Anglican Church, Seal Cove, NL on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 1 pm with Reverend Madonna Boone officiating. Interment followed from St. Swithin's Anglican Cemetery, Seal Cove, NL.
