It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Edward (Dee) Loyala Barry announces his passing at his residence in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL aged 72 years.

Edward (Dee) Leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife, Joan; children, Nadine, Jason; granddaughter, Jessica; step-children, Joanne (Geoff) Hunter, Jodine (Todd) Reid, Jody (Boyd) Strickland; Jocelyn (Darrell) Gedge, & Jason Gedge; 9 step-grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; siblings, Tom (Eileen), Shelia (Fred), Kevin (Alicia), Mike, Carmel, Madonna, Bernie (Steadman), & Helen (Fred); as well as many other relatives and friends.

Edward (Dee) is predeceased by his parents, Bert & Margaret Barry; siblings, Patty, Jimmie, Judy, Annie, & Jacinta.

The family would like say a special thank-you to Nicole, Ruth, Dr. Clancey and the staff at the Community Heath Department at Queensway for the love, care and compassion during Dee's illness.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no public visitation or funeral service. All services will remain private for the family.

No flowers by request.  As expressions of sympathy donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
