It is with sadness that the family of the late Edward Bonnie Blake announces his passing at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre, Botwood, NL, aged 74 years.

Edward leaves to mourn with loving memories his wife, Darlene; son Edward (Lisa); grandson, Jacob (Larissa Lawson; great-grandchildren, Jackson, & Hope; siblings, Elias (Jean), Edgar (Dorothy), Benson (Rita), Roland (Madeline), Dinah (Roy), Betty (Randy); sisters-in-law, Lillian, Gloria, Marjorie, Marlene (George), Madeline (Gerry); brothers-in-law, Sterling, Dennis (Tammy), & Darryl (Victoria); as well as a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Edward is predeceased by his first wife, Frances; parents, John & Hilda Blake; brothers, Ross, Ken, Wilson, Pearce, & Stan; sister, Judy.

In keeping with the COVID-19 guidelines there will be visitation Friday, February 11, 2022 at 5-9 pm from Botwood Funeral Home, 147 Commonwealth Drive, Botwood, NL.  To attend the visitation you must present your NLVaxPass or proof of vaccination along with a photo ID.

In keeping with the COVID-19  guidelines and by invitation only there will funeral service that will take place Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 2 pm from The Salvation Army Citadel, Peterview, NL. To attend the funeral service you must present your NLVaxPass or proof of vaccination along with a photo ID.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to The Salvation Army Citadel Memorial Fund, Peterview, NL.
