It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Edna Florence Martin announces her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at the age of 79 years.

Left with a lifetime of precious memories is her husband, Earl Samuel Martin, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL; daughter, Kathryn Warren (Maxwell), Halifax, NS; siblings, Golda Squires, Lewisporte, NL, John Price (Neta), La Scie, NL, Pasty Martin (Garfield), Lewisporte, NL, Roma Barrett (Leon Ball), Lewisporte, NL and Alvin Price (Bonnie), Halifax, NS, sister-in-law, Rowena Saunders and Phyllis Martin, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and a long list of friends.

Edna was predeceased by her parents, Wesley and Amy Price; parents-in-law, Samuel and Leah Martin; siblings-in-law, Wallace Squires and Chesley Barrett, brothers-in-law, Baxter Martin (Neta), Frank Martin, Harvey Martin (Dorothy), Kenneth Saunders, sister-in-law, Ruby Rice (Edward).

The visitation took place Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm from Zion United Church, La Scie, NL.

The funeral service took place Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 2 pm from Zion United Church, La Scie, NL with Reverend Harry Oake officiating. The interment followed at the United Church Cemetery, La Scie, NL.

As expressions of sympathy donations in her memory may be made to Zion United Church Cemetery Fund.
