It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Dulcie Mills-Kelley announces her peaceful passing from the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Monday, November 13, 2023, aged 80 years.

Left with a lifetime of precious memories are her sons, Shane Mills (Julia Howell) & Sheldon Mills (Sonya); grandson, Brady Mills; granddaughter, Taya Mills and their mother, Vangie Whelan; granddaughters, Shauna Mills & Leslie-Ann Mills; step-sons, Larry Kelley & Jimmy Kelley; step-daughter, Sally Kelley; brothers, Willis Young (Audrey) & Stewart Young (Bernice), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Dulcie is predeceased by her first husband, Elmore Mills; second husband, Allan Kelley; step-sons, Peter Kelley & David Kelley; parents, Sidney and Florence Young; sisters, Evelyn Bowers (Allan), Thelma Keough (William) & Retta May Elliott (Kenneth); infant sister, Marion Young; brothers, Roger Young (Velma) & Francis Young; sister-in-law, Phyllis Young.

Public visitation will take place from Faith Pentecostal Church, Burlington, NL on Thursday, November 16, 2023 from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm.

The funeral service will take place from Faith Pentecostal Church, Burlington, NL on Friday, November 17, 2023 at 1 pm, with Pastor David Crane officiating. Interment will follow from Riverside United Cemetery, Burlington, NL.

The family would like to thank the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre Acute Care nursing staff, Ruth Wells and the Pallative Care Team in Grand Falls-Windsor and Dulcie's home care workers, Janette Budgell, Deanna Robinson and Valerie Mills for their constant care and support.
