It is with sadness that the family of the late Duke Leonard Budgell  announces his passing at his residence in Peterview, NL aged 64 years.

Duke leaves to mourn with loving memories his son, Ian; daughter, Nicquita; grandchildren, Logan, Michael, Mitchell, Keeley, Chloe, & Kendra; siblings, Alma, Freeman, Cliff, Alb, Joyce, Doll, & Allan; special friend, Colleen.

Duke is predeceased by his daughter, Natasha; grandchild, Ethan; parents, Harry & Esther Budgell; siblings, Patsy, Abe, Randolph, Christopher, Wallace, & Cecil.

In keeping with the COVID-19 guidelines there will be a public visitation Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm from Botwood Funeral Home, 147 Commonwealth Drive, Botwood, NL.  Those attending the visitation must show NLVaxPass or proof of double vaccination along with Photo ID.

In keeping with the COVID-19 guidelines the funeral service will take place, Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 11 am from The Salvation Army Citadel, Peterview, NL. Those attending the funeral service must show NLVaxPass or proof of double vaccination along with Photo ID.

The interment will follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Peterview, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Lung Association.
