Heartfelt thanks to the Continuing Care nurses from Grand Falls-Windsor, NL and Baie Verte, NL for their ongoing dedication and care over the past 8 months. A special thank you to the staff of the Lionel Kelland Hospice who also compassionately cared for mom in her last days.
