It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clement Eugene Rice announces his passing. Clement passed away from the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Friday, February 25, 2022 at the age of 77 years.

Left to cherish a lifetime of memories are his aunts and uncles, Garland Rice (Jessie), Eileen Rice, Effie Rice, along with a large number of cousins and friends.

Clement is predeceased by his parents, Flossie and Thomas Ricketts; grandparents, Theodore and Margaret Rice; aunts and uncles, Mary Hurley (Tom), Lydia Hurley (William), Rhoda Gale (Harry), Charlie Rice, Clarence Rice (Margaret), Arthur Rice, Tom Rice (Myrtle) and Melvin Rice.

Public Visitation took place from Foster Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL on Sunday, February 27, 2022 from 2:00-4:00PM. In keeping with the COVID-19 guidelines, public visitations must be limited to one family bubble at a time and visitors must provide NLVaxPass or proof of vaccination + photo id to attend the visitation.

Reverend Madonna Boone conducted a private family funeral service from Foster Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 11:00AM. The attendance for the funeral service will be limited, if you plan to attend the funeral service, please contact Jessie Cramm at 532-6237. Those attending the service must provide NLVaxPass or proof of vaccination + photo ID. Interment followed at St. Peter's Anglican Cemetery, Westport, NL.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted.
