It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Clement Albert Gillingham announces his passing at the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Monday, March 21, 2022 at the age of 87 years.

Left to cherish a lifetime of beautiful memories are his children, Audrey Dalton, BC, Angus Gillingham (Suzanne), AB, Trudy Gillingham (Dale Lahey), ON, Ramona MacIntyre (Steve), NS, Kathy Gillingham (Dwayne Lheureux), AB, Joselyn Osborne (Ivan), NL and Michelle Gillingham, AB; grandchildren, Tonya Dalton (Bill), Danielle Bridger, Natasha Bridger, Lee Noble, Ryan Rideout, Katrina, Matthew & Mark Gillingham, Christopher Noble (Julie), Lanny Noble, Cody Noble, Terri-Lynn Smith (Kristin), William Decker (Heather), Paul & Taylor McKee, Jessica & Christopher Osborne, Robbie & Saundra Gillingham, Tommy & Kaiden Tilley; 16 great-grandchildren; siblings, Olivia Hewlett and Mabel Banks (Augustus); siblings-in-law, Shirley Janes (Angus), Ramona Hall, Judy Osbourne and Dorothy Gillingham as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Clement is predeceased by his wife, Viola "Pearl" Gillingham; parents, George and Eunice Gillingham; siblings, Audrey Gillingham, Joseph Gillingham (Rita), Elizabeth Rideout (Eric) and Donald Gillingham; parents-in-law, George and Myrtle Osbourne; siblings-in-law, Effie Gillingham, Augustus Hewlett and Alan Hall

Public visitation took place from Foster Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL on Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM.

Reverend Madonna Boone conducted the funeral service from St. Swithin's Anglican Church, Seal Cove, NL on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 2:00PM. Interment followed at St. Swithin's Anglican Cemetery, Seal Cove, NL.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted, or donations may be made in Clement's memory to the Janeway Children's Hospital Foundation.
