It is with great sorrow that the family of the late Charles Gordon Foss announces his passing from the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Monday, January 29, 2024, aged 77 years.

Left with a lifetime of precious memories is his brother, Earl Foss; sister, Christine Austin (Calvin), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Charles is predeceased by his parents, Gordon and Mary Foss; siblings, Joyce Young (Ron), Jeanette Bishop (Gordon), Marjorie Fudge (Bryce), Lillian Critch, Bert Foss (Phyllis), Ena Fudge (Eric), and Goldie Rumbolt (Leo); nephews, Danny Douglas Foss, Jason Fudge, Lorne Fudge and Lou Rumbolt; great-niece, Maryann Payne; great-nephews, Andrew Meyers and Michael Tilley.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place.

Public visitation will take place from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.

The funeral service will take place from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 1 pm, with Reverend Nancy Hulan officiating. Interment will follow at a later date.
