It is with great sadness that the family of the late Carol Anne Traverse announces her passing at the A.M. Guy Memorial Health Centre, Buchans, NL aged 74 years.

Carol Anne leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband, Kevin; daughter, Susan (Wilbur); son Billy; grandson, Jules; brother, Lawrence (Helen); sister, Ida (Gerry); plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.

Carol Anne is predeceased by her parents, Billy & Frances Forward.

Carol Anne had a career as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the A.M. Guy Memorial Health Centre, Buchans, NL and a Registered Practical Nurse at the Red Lake Memorial Hospital, Red Lake, ON. She spent countless hours volunteering at her church, St. John The Divine, Buchans, NL and was the warden of the church for more than 20 years. She also served on the Come Home Year committee for 16 years.

The family would like to thank the nursing staff of A.M. Guy Memorial Health Centre for the care provided to Carol Anne and the compassion shown to us during her stay.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.

The public visitation will take place Sunday, October 27, 2024 at 7-9 pm from St. John The Divine Anglican Church, Buchans, NL.

The funeral service will take place Monday, October 28, 2024 at 2 pm from St. John The Divine Anglican Church, Buchans, NL.

The interment will take place at a later date.
