It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Calvin Victor Sacrey announces his passing from the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Monday, September 4, 2023, aged 80.

Left to mourn are his wife of 43 years, Pamela Sacrey; sons, Craig Sacrey and Shane Sacrey (Caitlin); grandchildren, Breanna, Ariel, Tanner and Kyden; siblings, Vivian Cole, Pratt Sacrey, Kevin Sacrey, Tony Sacrey and Vera Whalen; siblings-in-law, Jim Atkinson, Olive Sacrey, Florence Sacrey, Brenda Sacrey, Violet Sacrey, Juanita Sacrey, David Wells (Beulah), Clyde Wells (Augustine Soper), Maureen Kennedy (Gord), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Calvin is predeceased by his parents, Roland and Joyce Sacrey; sister, Beatrice Atkinson; brothers, Claude Sacrey and Mervin Sacrey; parents-in-law, Neal and Hilda Wells; brothers-in-law, Tom Cole and Clarence Whalen.

Public visitation took place from Pacquet United Church on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 from 7-9 pm.

The funeral service took place from Pacquet United Church on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 2 pm with Pastor Keith Simms officiating. Interment followed from the United Church Cemetery, Pacquet, NL.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Calvin's memory to the Pacquet Fire Department.
