It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Brooklyn Lloyd Bowers announces his sudden passing. Brooklyn passed away at the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, AB on Monday, January 25th, 2021 at the age of 74 years.
Brook lived a full life. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, brother, father-in-law, diamond driller, fisherman, carpenter, boat builder, and an admired friend to many. Above all that he was, his family always came first. Between his sharp wit and his sense of humour he always managed to keep everyone entertained. He loved life and he was always there when anyone needed anything. His intelligence went beyond his years. There was no subject he would back away from, especially politics. He was a man who was thankful for all his blessings and he never took a day for granted. If you are given a day, make use of that day. Life is for living, embrace every moment.
