It with great sadness that the family of the late Bessie Hilda Forsey announces her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL aged 89 years.

Bessie leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children, Everett (Bernice), Daryl (Roxanne), & Pansy (Jerry) Loveless; grandchildren, Vanessa (Chad), Mike, Brad (Jaime), Brent (Renee) & Kaitlyn; 12 great-grandchildren; & 5 great-great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Bessie is predeceased by her husband, Fred; parents, Chesley & Dulcie Langdon; siblings, Meta Forsey, Herman Langdon, & Leonard Langdon.

Bessie never worked outside of her home, however she spent her life loving and caring for her family.  Her favorite and greatest pleasure was cooking and baking for her family and her family especially loved her homemade bread! She also spent countless hours knitting.

Bessie was a life long member of The Salvation Army Home League, Songsters, and attended church faithfully as long as she was able. Bessie spent countless hours reading her bible and praying daily, especially for her family whom she loved dearly as her care and concern for them was shown daily.  She was so proud of them all.

The family would like to acknowledge the love and care shown to Mom at the Golden Years Estate in Grand Falls-Windsor during her 7 year stay there. Also, special thanks to Dr. Susan Campbell, who went above and beyond caring for Mom.
