It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Bertha Leah Margaret Haas announces her peaceful passing from her family home in Brent's Cove, NL on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at the age of 85 years.

Public visitation took please from St. John the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, Brent's Cove, NL on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.

A Rosary service took place on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 7 pm.

The Mass of Christian Burial took place from St. John the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, Brent's Cove, NL on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 1 pm with Father Camillus Ekedobe officiating. Interment will follow at a later date.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted, or donations may be made in Bertha's memory to St. John the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, P.O. Box 31, Brent's Cove, NL A0K 1R0.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 22 Main Street, Baie Verte, NL.
