It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Arthur John Silvey announces his passing. Arthur passed away from the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Friday, February 25, 2022 at the age of 76 years.

Arthur is predeceased by his wife, Margaret "Rose" Silvey; parents, Thomas and Mary Josephine Silvey; brothers, Micheal Silvey and Thomas Silvey; parents-in-law, Reginald Regular and Marie Regular; brothers-in-law, Ronald Regular, Reg Regular, John Hull and Charlie Bourque; sisters-in-law, Helen Donovan, Mary Silvey .

Left with fond and loving memories are his children, Greg Silvey (Sabrina), Terrace, BC and Amanda Silvey (Ted), Vancouver, BC; grandchildren, Alysa and Teagan Silvey, Matthew and Mckanzie McDonald; siblings, Augustine Silvey (Geraldine), Mary Frances "Dolly" Silvey, Patrick Silvey, Madeline Hull, Margaret Tobin (Ron), Edward Silvey, Sharon Mills (Tyrone) and Mary Ann Daigneault (Jacques); siblings-in-law, Lillian Taylor (Robert), Bridget McWerther, Brendan Donovan.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place.

The Mass of Christian Burial took place at St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church, Fleur de Lys, NL on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 12 pm. Interment followed at St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Fleur de Lys, NL.
