Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Andrew Fudge announces his passing. Andrew passed peacefully away at the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Tuesday, June 8th, 2021 at the age of 88 years.

Andrew is predeceased by the following family members – Francis Decker, Viola Decker, and Kameron Randell; along with his parents – Andrew and Amanda (Regular) Fudge; brothers – Frank Fudge, Peter Fudge, Ross Hillier, Wesley Fudge, Wilfred Fudge and Gordon Fudge; sister – Mariam Saunders.

Many loving family members are left to cherish wonderful memories – Francis Decker (Elaine), Paul Decker (Rhoda), Connie Norman (Craig), Donald Decker (Connie), Dawn May (Douglas), Sherry Decker (Richard) and Katherine Decker (Dane). He also leaves to mourn many extended family members – Classie Doyle (Larry), Gerald Coates (Sheila), Guy LeDrew (Tina) and Trudy Lohr Gillard, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.

A heartfelt thank-you is extended to the nursing staff at the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre for their undivided attention and loving care to Andrew during his final few days.

Public Visitation took place at Foster Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL on Wednesday, June 9th, 2021 from 7:00-9:00PM, following specific guidelines pertaining to the global pandemic and associated restrictions.

A Private Family Funeral Service took place from Foster Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL on Thursday, June 10th, 2021. Interment followed at First United Church Cemetery, Woodstock, NL.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted, or donations may be made in Andrew's memory to the First United Church Cemetery Fund, Woodstock, NL.

"Miss me a little, but too long and not with your head bowed low - remember the love we all shared, miss me but let me go!"

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Foster Funeral Home, 22 Main Street, Baie Verte, NL.
