On Sunday, March 1st, 2020, Almedia Mary (Sacrey) Norman passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook, NL, at the age of 92 years.

Waiting for her is her husband - Baxter Norman (1991); great granddaughter - Kristabell; her parents - James & Myrtle Sacrey; parents-in-law - John & Lavina Norman; siblings - Margaret Norman (Claude), Boyce Sacrey (Eleanor), Eric Sacrey (Nina) and siblings-in-law - John, Gertie, Susie, Malcom, Gus, Hazel, Linda and Cora.

Left with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her children - Yordest Andrews (Claude), Colleen Gillespie (Ross), Fay Compton (Barry), Gaye Norman, Alvin Norman (Inga); grandchildren - Claudette, Steven, Trent, Deanna, Amanda, Peter, Sarah Lynn, Christina, Kaylee, Shane, Shawn and Keshia; 6 great grandchildren; siblings-in-law - Grace Norman, Ruby Andrews and Shirley Norman as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A special thank you extended to the doctors, nurses and staff at 4A of the Western Memorial Regional Hospital and the staff of West Mount Estates for their loving care of our Mom in her final days.

Reverend Sidney Newbury conducted the Funeral Service from Foster Funeral Home, 22 Main Street, Baie Verte, NL on Thursday, March 5th, 2020 at 2:00PM. Interment followed from First United Cemetery, Pacquet, NL.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Almedia's memory to First United Church, Pacquet, NL.
