It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Allan Maxwell Parsons announces his passing. Allan passed away peacefully at the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Sunday, August 1st, 2021 at the age of 88 years.

Predeceased by his first wife – Madeline Parsons; parents – Gordon and Annie Parsons; siblings – Roy Parsons (Thelma) & Reginald Parsons; sons-in-law – Gerald Blake & Morris Greenham and brother-in-law – Freeman Earle.

Left to cherish many wonderful memories is his wife – Ella Parsons, Seal Cove, NL; children – Karan Blake, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL & Derek Parsons (Janet), St. Albert, AB; step-children – Taffie Dicks (Truman), Ming's Bight, NL, Grace Greenham, Pacquet, NL, Evelena Norman (Wayne), Pacquet, NL, Flora Regular (Vaden), Ming's Bight, NL, Brenda Sacrey (Dyson), Ming's Bight, NL, Sidney Clarke (Debbie), Ming's Bight, NL, Colleen Peterson (Ken), Timmons, BC & Tim Clarke (Carla), Ming's Bight, NL; grandchildren – Bradley Blake, Shaun Parsons (Danielle), Jenna Pont (Daryl) & Brandon Blake (Shauna); 18 step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren – Kenzi Parsons, Kennedy Pont, Zoey Blake, Sloane Parsons and Rowyn Pont; siblings – Vincent Parsons (Beulah), Phyllis Earle, Wilfred Parsons (Yvonne), Barbara Osbourne (Clyde) and David Parsons (Cindy); brothers-in-law – Dyson Elms (Vida) and Leander Regular as well as a large circle of step great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Public Visitation took place at St. Swithin's Anglican Church, Seal Cove, NL, on Tuesday, August 3rd, 20021 from 7:00-9:00PM, following specific guidelines pertaining to the global pandemic and associated restrictions.

Reverend Madonna Boone conducted a Private Family Funeral Service at St. Swithin's Anglican Church, Seal Cove, NL on Wednesday, August 4th, 2021 at 2:00PM. Interment followed at St. Swithin's Anglican Cemetery, Seal Cove, NL.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Allan's memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
