Harvey was born to Stanley and Gertie Jenkins on September 29, 1936. He married the love of his life, Rosie Jane Regular on November 10, 1956 and they spent 66 wonderful years together, raising six children.

Harvey slipped away peacefully into the presence of the Lord surrounded by members of his loving family at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Friday, January 6, 2023.

Left with fond and loving memories are his wife, Rosie; son, Stanley (Bonnie), daughter, Nancy (Bob), son, Clayton (Cora), daughter, Jeanie (Stephen); son-in-law, Bram Preston; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; bother, Lloyd Jenkins (Evelyn); sister, Shirley Regular; sister-in-law, Patsy Decker.

Harvey is predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Gertie Jenkins; daughters, Winnie and Jeanette; brothers, Samuel and Eleazer; great-granddaughter, Ciara Jenkins; brother-in-law, Mervin Regular; sister-in-law, Melvina Decker.

Public visitation took place from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Baie Verte, NL on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.

The funeral service took place from Calvary Pentecostal Church, Ming's Bight, NL on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 2 pm with Pastor Richardo Durdle officiating. Interment followed from Calvary Pentecostal Cemetery, Ming's Bight, NL.
